Note the form, must be filled out interactively and mailed to the Managing Editor (Abraham F. Jalbout) before publication of your manuscript.

This form can be filled out interactively when the Adobe Acrobat Software is used. In the form, please use the following designations:

Edition: Electronic Journal of Mathematical and Physical Science Regular Issue [ISSN: 1538-263X]

Note that upon the transfer of copyright to any of the above mentioned editions, EJMAPS also reserves the right to include the article in future printed editions [ISSN: 1538-3326] as well as the yearly EJMAPS compilations [ISSN: 1538-3334].
