·         A Non refereed section of the journal with page numbers labeled: PNX (X=page number).  

·         Published at the discretion of the editor and editorial board. 

·         If approved, it will be published within 48 hours of editorial acceptance. 

·         Allows for the rapid distribution of results, that are perhaps not complete, or developed fully, but of interest to the general community of scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.
