Abstract:
A formula for the number of toroidal m × n binary arrays,
allowing rotation of the rows and/or the columns but not reflection, is
known. Here we find a formula for the number of toroidal m × n
binary arrays, allowing rotation and/or reflection of the rows and/or
the columns.
