Journal of Differential Geometry License Agreement

This license is an agreement between the Journal of Differential Geometry and its subscribers. It pertains to the rights to the electronic version of the journal. To register rights under this agreement, please print it and mail or fax a signed copy to the address given below.

Agreement

Journal of Differential Geometry is published by Lehigh University. Journal of Differential Geometry aims to provide the highest quality research articles in its field both electronically and in traditional media. This agreement allows for the dissemiantion of the journal subject to particular restrictions detailed below.

Rights

The copyright of the journal remains the property of Journal of Differential Geometry and Lehigh University. Except where specifically specified as belonging to the authors, the copyright of each paper belongs to Journal of Differential Geometry and Lehigh University. The journal grants individual subscribers access on their personal computers and institutional subscribers access for any faculty, staff, students, distance learners, alumni, on-site library users, and library patrons utilizing the subscriber's campus network for educational, research or personal uses. Users may download articles on the computers covered by the above agreement. They may print articles for personal use. They may send copies of individual articles iby email, print, or fax to persons at other locations for those person's personal use, as long as they do not send more than five copies of any one articule outside of the subscribing institution. An unlimited number of copies may be printed and distributed as part of a course at a subscribing institution, but the copyright holder's permission should be secured before sending more than five copies to non-members of a subscribing institution. In no case will the subscriber have any right to sell any form of the copyrighted material in this electronic journal without specific written permission from the copyright holder.

Archiving

Subscribers may download and archive any of the materials in this journal on the computers covered by this agreement. In this case, they may grant access to other members of the subscribing institution and have the right to maintain material covered by their subscription permanently. However, restrictions on distribution beyond the subscribing institution shall still be observed.

Warranty

Journal of Differential Geometry Will use reasonable efforts to provide continuous service and sufficient bandwidth to provide quality access.
Journal of Differential Geometry warrants that it has the copyright to the materials in this electronic journal and infringes no third party's copyright.
Journal of Differential Geometry provides no additional warranties of any kind either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Ideas express in the journal are not intended for any non-academic purposes.
